SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THFSE PRESENTS: That E. Randall Henderson, Jr..
President of Outdoor Resorts of America. Inc. , a Tennessee corporation. has made,
constituted and appointed. and by these preseats does make constitute and appoint
JAMES E. LINEBERGER true and lawful attorney for Outdoor Resorts of America, ~Inc. ,
a Tennessee corporation, and in its name. place and stead. This power of attorney
shall be limited to, and is for the sole purpose of authorizing James E. Lineberger,
the General Partner of Resorts, I.imited, a Tennessee L,iinited Partnership authorized
to transact business in F'lorida, to pledge and encumber the hereinafter described real
estate conveyed to Resorts, Limited, a Tennessee Limited Partnership authorized to -
transact business in Florida, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. , a Tennessee
corporation:
Start at the Northwest corner of Government Lot 1, Section 2, Township
37 South, Range 41 East; thence run South 00°08'21" East, along the
West line of said Lot i and Southerly extension thereof, a distance of
2124. 84 feet; thence run North 75°02'37" East to said center~line of
State Road AlA; thence run South 21°13'S2" East along said road
center line a distance of ?3. 93 feet to a point in the center line of
State Road A lA; thence run North 81°0?' 38" East a distance of 51.19
feet to point of intersection with the Easterly right-of-way line of
State Road AlA and North line of Tract 16, Plat of Nettles Island
. Project, Plat Book 16, page 1 B, Public Records of St. Lucie Co~ty,
Florida, which point is point of beginning; thence run South 21°13' S2"
East along the Easterly right-of-way line of State Road AlA a
distance of 383.43 feet to a point; thence North 75°29'09" East a
distance of 4Z0 feet more or less, to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean;
thence meander said waters Northwesterly a distance of 333 feet,
more or less, to a point of intersection with the North line of Tract
16; thence South 81°O7' 38" West a distance of 492.19 feet to the point
of beginning.
