and LART INDRIO CORPOItATION, said Assigument being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of t4e Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and uni~ numbers in Lakearood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment o~ maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, 1 page 2361 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAI{TsWOOD PARK PROPLBTY OWN$RS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the sa3d Af~idavit
now on record against the ~ollowing property, since said arrearage
has now been paid:
Lot 6 Block 23 ~ Unit 3
in the name of Leo L. Hagener and wife Arlene
and now held in the name of Glen E. and Elva F. Lichtenberger
