That if the said parties of the second part shall first make the paymeats

and the said parties of the second part hereby covenant aad agree to pay to the
said parties of the firet part the suun of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Three
" Dollars ($3, 983. 00j, in the following manner: One Huad r~d Fifty Dollare ($150. 00)
on the 20th day of May 19?2, and a like sum on the correaponding day
of month thereafter until the whole be fully paid, with interest at the rate of 7.75

representing the principal balance of that certain mortgage held by Firet Federal
Savings and Loan Aesociation of Ft. Pierce, dated 23 April 1972, recorded in
