cessors in interest with reference to this deed and the debt hereby secured, in the same manner as with the ~~ort-
ga~or without in any way vitiating or discharging the Mortgagor's liability hereunder or upon the debt hereby
secuted. No :de of the premises hereby mottgaged and no forbearance on the part ot the l~brtgagee, and no ex-
tension of the time for the payment of the d,ebt hereby secured given by the tlortgagee shall operate to release.

8. The tetms "iNortgagor" and "Moctgagee" whenever used in this instrument shatl include the heics.
petsonal representatives. successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto. Wherever used the singular
number shall include the plural and the plutal the singular, and the use af any gender sha11 include ail genders.
