for the constniction, operation and mainte~ance of electric utility facilities tincluding wires, poles, guys. cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the r'ight to reconstnict, impro~ve, add
to, change the size of or remwe such facilities or any of them; ~a pefmit tfie attachment of c~onduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim ~d keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that mi~t endanger or iMerfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
