W I T N S S S E T H:
T'hat if Second Parties shall first make the payments and
perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be
made and performed, Fi~st Parties hereby covenant and agree to
convey and assure to Second Partie~= their heirs, executdre, ad-
ministrators, or assigns, in fee si.mple, free from all encum-
brances, by a good and aufficient warranty deed, the followinq
described property situate xn St. I,ucie County, Florida;
