DICKSON, his wife, of St. Lucie County, Florida, Grantors; and PENINSULAR LIFE INSURANCS COMPANY, a Florida Corporation, Grantee; WHEREAS, the Grantors are seized in fee simple and in possession of lands in Section 27, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, in St. Lucie County, Florida, and that particular portion of said section described below, as well as ather pro- perty adjoining the Yro~rty described below, and WHEREAS, Grantee is seized in fee simple of a parcel of land contiguous to the portion of land owned by Grantor described below, and WHEREAS, Grantee does nat presently have legal access to the property owned by Grantee which adjoins the property described below, and WHEREAS, Grantors have conveyed other lots and parcels contiguous to that particular portion of land described below, owned by Grantors, and WF~REAS, Grantors have agreed in consideration of the _ sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to grant to Grantee Ii and all other persons, corporations, partnerships and associa- tions claiming by, through or under Grantee as well as all other persons claiming by, through or under Grantors, or either of them, a Non-Exclusive easement or right-of-way over the land described below, for the purposes and in the manner ex- pressed below; I ' ~ f~o~ M~ a o e"' ~o W~E Y ' ' F~` ~ SUR TAX This instrument prepared by: s- ~ George Sands ~ ~1.10 ' Peninsular Title Insurance Co. ~ P.O.
