NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:
That, in pursuance of this Agreement and in con-

sideration of the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars,
receipt of which is acknawledged, Grantors grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto Grantee, its successors and assigns
forever, and to all others likely situated as above described,
their heirs and assigns;
Full and free right and liberty for them and their
tenants, servants, visitors and licensees, in commoa with all
persons having the like right, at all times hereafter, for

the land from time to time lawfully may be used and enjoyed,
to all times freely pass and repass along the provided roadway ~
more particularly described as follows:

along the South line of said Section 27, a
distance of 125.12 feet; thence run North 2 deg.
08'30" W. a distance of 300.28 feet to the South-
west corner of Block 4 of an unrecorded plat of
DIXIELAND SUBDIVISION as recorded in Deed Book
152, page 403 of the public records of St. Lucie
' County, Florida; thence run East along the South
boundary of said Block 4 a distance of 615.56
feet to the Southeast corner of said Block 4 for ~
the point of BEGINI~TING; thenoe run North along ~

240 feet to the Northeast corner of said Block
4; thence run East 60 feet to the Northwest corner
