CORRECTIVE NORTCAGE .
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned Mortgagors
hereby correct that certain rtrortgage, recorded in O.R. 8ook 201, at Page
2263, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, said Mortgage being
dated April 25, 1972, and Filed April 27, 1972, in the original amount
of $40,OOO.QO, and being Loan No. 2124, which Mortgage description is
cor~ected to read as faiiaws: "
Commencing at the NE Corner of Lot 11, Block 2,
of La JEAN SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in PZ~L ~~uk s, Pa~P 29; ~f ~he
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
run thence South along the East line of said Lot
and the Extension thereof, 162.35 feet to a point; thence
turn and run West perallel to the South line of
Lot 12, of said Block and said Subdivision, 140.45
feet to a point on the West Line af said Lot 12;
thence turn and run No~th along the West line of
said Lot 12, and the West line of said Lot 11,
162.38 feet to a point, which is the NW corner of
said Lot 11, 140.40 feet to the point of beginning.
AND the above described Mortgage with Citizens Fede~al Savings and Loan
Association of St. Lucie County is hereby corrected as set out herein above.
