DISCHARGE OF CLAIM OF LIEN

BEFORE I~, the undersiqned authority, personally appeared ;
this day DOROTHY EBNER who, upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That she is the Secretary-Treasurer of Holiday Out at
St. Lucie, a Condominium, a corporation no~ Yavf~~ ~rganized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, and as such
officer she is duly authc~~ized to execute this discharge of cZaim
of lien.
2. That the indebtedness described in that certain claim
of lien filed on behalf of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium,
on the 16th day of December, 1970, recorded in O. R. Book 188;
pages 2872 through 2875 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, is paid and the lien therefor is satisfied with regard to
the belaw described real property:

3. The undersigned, as officer and agent for the lienor,
Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium, consents that the afore-
said Claim of Lien may be satisfied, cancelled and discharged of

awners thereof.
