DISCHARGE OF CLAIM OF LIEN
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
this day DOROTHY EBNER who, upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That she is the Secretary-Treasurer of Holiday Out at
St. Lucie, a Condominium, a corporation not for profit organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, and as such
officer she is duly authorized to execute this discharge of claim
of lien.
2. That the indebtedness described in that certain claim
of lien filed on behalf of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium,
on the 3rd day of November, 1970, recorded in O. R. Book 188,
page 144 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
is paid and the lien therefor is satisfied with reqard to
the belaw described real property:

3. The undersigned, as officer and agent for the lienor,
Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium, consents that the afore-
said Claim of Lien may be satisfied, cancelled and discharged of
record with regard to the above descri.bed real property and the
awners thereof.
