On this day personally appeared before me, the undersigned officer
duly authorized to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, Carol Mitacchione,
who, after being by me first duly cautioned and sworn, upon her oath deposes
and says: that she is the grand-daughter of one Robert Andresen who died
intestate on the 9th day of January , ig ?1 , in the State of New York
leaving the hereinafter described real property situated, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 192, 193 and 196, in Section 9, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, as per plat of WHITE CITY recorded in
Plat Book 1, page 23, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

South Five (5) acres of NW; of NW4i and North Five
(5) acres of SW4 of NW4i and land abutting same on
East to River, all in Section 9, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East.
that said decedent received his interest in said property from W. C. Baggett
and Martha Baggett, his wife, by Indenture dated 16 Janc~ary 1953, recorded
in book 178, page 355 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
by an Indenture from the said grantors dated 1 January 1952, recorded in book
170, page 147 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Flori da; and that as
a result of the laws- of descent and distribution of the State of Florida your
affiant is entitled to a one-half interest in the decedent's rights under said deeds.
Further affiant sayeth not.
