WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY D$ED Made the~day of May, 1972,
by JOHI~T M. McCART~Y and -LOUISS F. MeCARTY, his wife, hereinafter
called the Grantors, to FI,OI~IDA POWi~R AND LIGHT COMPANY, a
corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
with ita permanent post office address at P. O. Box 3100, Miami,
Florida, 33130, hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten (10.00) Dollars and other good and valuabe conaider-
ation, receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, hereby grant,
bargain, sell, aliens, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the Grantee, all that certain land situated in St. Lucfe Courity,
Florida, to wit :
T'he East 660 feet of the West 700 feet less the
North 1000 feet and the East 710 feet of the West
750 feet of the North 1000 feet of Section 22, fi
Tawnship 37 South, Range 38 East,
and
The East 710 feet of the West 750 feet of Section ~
15, Tawnship 37 South, Range 38 East, lying South-
easterly of, adjacent to and abutting the Florida
East Coast Railroad Right-Of-Way~
and
That part of the East 950 feet of the West J.700 feet
of Section 15, Tawnship 37 South, Range 38 East that
lies within a strip of land that is 710 feet in
width, parallel with, adjacent to and abutting the
Florida East Coast Railroad's Southeasterly Right- +
Of-Way,
and
All that part of the West five eighths (W 5/8)
of Section 15, Tawnship 37 South, Range 38 East,
that lies with a strip of land that is 660 feet
in width, parallel with, adjacent to and abutting
the Florida East Coast Railroad's Southeasterly
Right-Of-Way, less the West 1700 feet of said Section
15.
Reserving to the Grantors the right to use and
maintain existing fences, road ways, including
Railroad crossings and irrigation ditches which
cross the above described lands and further re-
serving to the Grantors the right to construct,
maintain and use additional fences, road ways,
including Railroad crossings and ditches crossing
the above described lands at such locations as are
mutually agreeable as evidenced by Agreement executed
by the parties hereto; provided, however, tlie
Grantee shall have no obligation as to the con-
struction or maintenance of any such road ways or
ditch now or hereinafter existing and, further
providing that the Grantee may relocate any such
road or ditch, provided such relocation
