. This Deed is subject to any valid reservations
of oil, gas or minerals included in any con-
veyances of said lands which have heretofore
been executed and duly recorded in the public
records of St. Lucie County, and is further
subject to reatrict~ons, reaervations, easements,
rights-of-way of r~cord and taxes subsequent to
December 31, 1971.
TOGSTHSR with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto bel~nging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVS AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantora hereby covenant with said Grantee
that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell
and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrant
the title to said land and will defend the same against the law- ~
ful claims of all persons whansoevers and that said land is
free of all encumbrances, except tauces accruing subsequent to
December 31 ,1971.
