TogetF~er with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or piaced therein, including aN apparatus, equipment, fixtures or artitles, whether in single units or cen-
t~ally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, ligfit, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereaHer therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including acreens, window shadLs, storm doors a~d windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
; declared to be a part of said rea~ estate whether physically attscF~ed thereto or ~not); and also together with
all easements and ths rents, issues and profits of said premius whith are hereby pledgtd, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as p~ovided in the
Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The Morigagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of aU mort-
gagces, tienholders and owners pa+d off by the proceeds of the loan hereby setured.
