THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ~ day of March, A.
D. 1972 by JOHN A. HOEFFNER and LORETTA M. HOEFFNER, his wife,
hereinafter called the Grantor, to I.EROY J. H4EFFNER and SUSAN
C. HOEFFNTsR, his wife, as to an undivided fifty percent (508)
interest, and JAMES A. WEST and LORRAINE L. WEST, his wife,
as to an undivided fifty percent (50$) interest, whose post

I., New York 11563, hereinafter called the Grantee:

strument and the heirs, legal representatives

and assiqns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the swn of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, barqains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encum-
i brances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1971.
