THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this
day of March, 1972 between MURRAY KLEIN, as EXECUTOR of the
ESTATE OF DAVID KLEIN, deceased, party of the first part,
and DEBORAH STRONiGIN and DANIEL STRONGIN, whose mailing -
address is c/o THEODORE STRONGIN, Old Irbntauk Highway, Amagan-
sett, New York 11930, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH
That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations to him paid by the party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has conveyed,
granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part,
his heirs, and assigns, forever, the following described land,
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, to wit:
