STRAZZOLLA, a co-partnership doinq business as STRAZZULLA BROTHERS
COI~ANY, the awner and holder of a certain mortqaqe deed executed
by BARN$TT$ S. GRESNE, JR., to PHILIP STRAZZULLA, DOMINIC STRAZ-
ZULLA and FRANK STRAZZULLA, co-partners, tradinq and doing business
as STRAZZULLA BROTASRS COMPANY, beaxinq date the 27th day of May,
A. D. 2963, recorded in Official Record Book 64, paqe 86, in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Ccunty,
Florida, securing that certain note in the principal sum of Sixty-
four Thousand Four Hun,dred Dollars ($64,400.00), and certain pro-
mises and obliqations set forth in said mortgaqe deed, upon the
property situate in said State and County descri.bed as follows, to
wit:
The West 1/4 of Section 8, lyinq North of State Road 68
(Oranqe Avenue Sxtension); and the West 1/4 (less.the
North 1,689 feet) of Section S; all lying in Township
35 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to all easements, restrictions, reservations,
dedications, and riqhts of way of record.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mortgaqe deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby
direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of
record.
