upon which above described property mortgagee holds and owns a first note
and mortgage dated June 6, 1969 and recorded in Official Records Book 178,

' WHEREAS, owner has requested mortgagee to release the above de- ~

gage thereon for the purpose of paying all or part of the cost of such constru-~

WHEREAS, mortgagee has agreed to grant a partial release from her ~

said note and mortgage as to the above described lot 7 upon certain terms .
and conditions that have been agreed to by both parties. j
