to lease the same upon whatever terms and conditions he desires and to retain~

all rental payments paid under any such, lease; pravided however, that any i

such lease regardless of the date same commences or is entered into shall ~

be considered in all respects as having been made and entered into subsequent
to the re-encumbering of said Lot 7 under mortgagee's said note and mort-

gage as hereinabove provided.

6. The said note and mortgage from owner to mortgagee dated june 6, ~

1969 and recorded in Official Records Book 178, Page 208 of the Public Record~
of St. Lucie Coun , Florida other than rovidi for the release of said Lo ~

7 therefrom, is not being otherwise amended or modified hereby and the ;

terms and conditions of same shall remain in full force and effect. ?

7. This Agreement shall be #ully bird ing upon both parties as well as ;
their respective heirs, executors, administrators, grantees and assigns. ~

8. This Agreement represents the full agreement and understanding ~

between the parties regarding said Lot 7, as well as mortgagee's said note ~

~ and mortgage and there have been no verbal agreements, representations ;
or understandings between the parties regarding either of the same not fully ; ~
,
set forth herein.
