EXECUTORS' DEED
THIS EXECUTORS' DEED made the ~ v~ day of May, A. D. 19?2 by
IRVING KAGAN, EDITH K. GROSSMAN and NIILDRED K. STRIAR, as Ancillary
Executors of the Will of Max Kagan, deceased, hereinafter called the grantors,
to HAROLD T. HUBBARD, whose post office address is 12? Hubbard Ave. Riverhead,
New York - 11901, hereinafter called the grantee;
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of
~10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and con-
firm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
viz;
• An Undivided one-half interest in and to the following:
The South one-half of Lot 3, except the East 50 feet; the South
one-half of Lots 4, 5 and 6, and all of Lot 8, Block 3, of
MODEL LAND COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION, in Section 15, Town-
ship 36 South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 1, page 41 of the public records of St. Lucie County,

1~~~~ EXCEPTING THEREFROM rights of way to North St. Lucie
River Drainage District for drainage canais and to the State
~ of Florida for highway purposes.
SUBJECT to easement to American Telephone and Telegraph
Company of record in Deed Book 137, at page 147 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and,appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the said Ancillary Executors do hereby covenant to and with the grantee,
; his heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and about said saie
~ and this conveyance the orders of the Court of The County Judge of St. Lucie County,
! Florida, and the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and complied with
~ in all respects. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said grantees have hereunto set their hands and
seals on this the day and year first above written. •
