THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That the Grantor, P'ORT PIERCS I~IGHTS
DBVELOPMENT CORP., a Fla. corp., of the County of Dade and State of
Florida, for and in conaideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars, and other good and valuable considesations in hand
paid , receipt of which is acknowledqed, grants, conveya and
warrante unto ST. LUCIS COUNTY HANK, a banking corporation organ-
ized under the lawa of the State of Florida and duly authorized .
to accept and execute trusts within the State of Flor~ida, ae Tr~~itee
under the provisions of a certain Trust Agreement, dated the /S- day
of May, 1972, the following described real estate in the County
of St. Lucie, and State of Florida:

The North 265.67 feet of the South 2208.67 feet of the
SS~ of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, lyirtg
easterly of State Road No. 5(U.S. Highway No. 1) right-of-
way; St. Lucie County, Florida, and
A portion of the North 177.11 feet of the South 23~5.78
feet of the SE~ of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 40
East lyinq easterly of State Road No. 5(U. S. Highway No.
1) right-of-way, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particu-
larly described as follows, to-wit: '
Commence at the southeset corner of said Section 22;
thence run northerly along the east line of said Section 22
a distance of 2208.67 feet to the point of beqinning of the
parcel of land hereinafter to be described; thence run Wester-
ly parallel to the aouth boundary of said Section 22 a dis-
~ tance of 1042.85 feet to a point,'said point being 350 feet
~ east of as measured along said line from the proposed easter-
ly right-of-way line of said State Road No. 5(the proposed _
