Any contract, obligation or indebtedne~ ~}c~r ed.or entered
into by the Trustee in connection with the real est~te~m~+be en-
tered into by it in the name of the then bene~~a~~R under the -
Trust Agreement and Declaration of Truat, ae ~h i~'~~~~rzey in fact,
by thia Deed irrev~ocably appointed for auch purpoee, or,at the
election of Truetee, in ite own aame as Trustee of an expresa trust
and not individually and Trustee ahall have no o~sligation whatao- _
ever with reapect to any such coatract, obliqation or indebtedneas
except only ao far as the truat property and funds in the actual
possession of Trustee shall be applicable for its paymsnt and dis-
charqe, and all persons and corporations whomsoever and whatsoever
shall be charged with notice of this condition from the date of the
filing for record of thia Deed.
The intereat of each and every beneficiary under this Deed and
under the Trust Agreement and Declaration of Trust referred to pre-
viously and of all peraons claiminq under them or any of them shall
be only in the earninqa, availa and proceeds arisinq from the sale
or other diaposition of the real estate, an~d such interest is de-
clared to be personal property, and no beneficiary under this Deed
shall have any title or interest, le qal or equitable, in or to the
real estate as such but only an interest in the earninqs, avails and
proceeds from such real estate as aforeeaid.
And the-Grantor by this Deed fully warrants the title~to the
above de~cribed real estate and will defend the title against the
lawful claims of all peraons whomsoever.
~ IN WITNESS WHSRBOF, the undereiqned has caused its hand and
seal to be affixed hereunto this 15 day of May , 1972.
