EXTENSION AGREEMENT .
RE: Mortgage made by FORT PIBRCS HEIGHTS DEVSLOPMSNT CORP., a
Florida corporation, to LEO WIN$, dated December 4, 1965
and filed December 15, 1965 in Official Records Book 133
at Page 240 of the Public Records of St~,u~da County, Florida

WHEREAS, the Promissory Piote in the principal aum of $36,000.00
which the above described Mortgaqe aecures wae due on December 10, 1970
and the intereet thereon w~s~ paid to and includinq Sep~ember 10, 1970,-and
WHEREAS, the parties have aqreed to extend the said due date
to December 10, 1972. ~ -
NOW, THERBF'ORE, for good ar?d valuable consideration, FORT PIERC$
HEIGHTS DLVELOPMENT CORP. (the Mortgagor) and LEO~WINE (the Mortgaqee
and the owner and holder of the aforedescribed Promissory Note and
Mortgage) do hereby agree as follows:
1. That in place and stesd of the entire principal of
$36,000.00 plue accrued interest being payable on December 10, 1970,
the aforedeacribed Promissory Note is amended so that the principal
sum thereof be due anc~ payable on December 10. 1972 with quarter-annual
intprest to cor~tinue during the tena of said Note.
2. In all other respects the said Promissory Note and Mortqage~.`
and the provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.~.~:
