mental agreement dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to

In this instrument the singular shall intlude the plural and the masculine shall intlude the feminine
and neuter. All rights and obligations under this morigage shall extend~to end be binding upon the ~es-
pective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor ar.d Mortgagee.
