Personally appeared this day before me, the undersigned authority,
RODNEY D. 81~tTON, who, upon first being by me duly sworn, did depose
and say that there is of record a chattel mortgage from this affiant and his
then wife in the original principal sum of $675. 00 dated February 1, 1962,
which is of record in O. R. Book 28, page 695 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; that this chattel mortgage and the promisaory note
was fully paid and satisfied a number of years ago,and a proper satisfaction
of said mortgage was received by this affiant but lost prior to its recording.
This affidavit is made to induce Edna L. Fisher to purchase the
above described property and is made with full knowledge of the laws ~
respecting perjury .
