and through its undersigned attorney, and herewith petitions this~
Court for leave to sell certain real estate which i~ ari asset in
the estate of ALBERT W. MAXWELL, deceased, and alleges:

~ 1. It is the duly appointed and actinq Ad~uinistrator o~
the Estate of ALBERT W. MAXWELL, deceased.

2. Among the assets of the estate is certain real 1
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as
follows:
Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and the south one-half of Lot 8,
Block 15, INDRIO SUBDIVISION, a subdivision recorded
; in Plat Book 5, Page 42, Public Records of St. Lucie
t County, Florida.
~ 3. The Petitioner has filed an inventory-appraisal in

~ which the property is appraised at $1,100.00.
4. There is attached to this Petition a contract for
the sale of the above-described real property for $1,500.00 upon
the terms and conditions set forth in said contract.
~ ~t is necessary to sell said property in order to

~ pay debts, estate taxes, costs of administration and n~ake distri-
bution.
6. All the heirs-at-law of the estate have consented
