9. To furthar secure unto the ~ortgagee the
pay~ent-of tha afosesaid note and the performance by
the mortgagor of all of his prooises and covenants
herein made~ the ~ortga~or has and does hereby transfer~
assign and set bver unto the mortgagee all of the rents~
income and profits now or hereafter pertai~ing or
arising froa said property with full power and right
unto the mortgsgee to sece~ve and collect the sa~e;
provided~ however, that so long as the ~ortgagor shall
faithfully keep and perforw each and every of his
~romis~s and covenants set-forth in said note and set
forth in all other portions of this wortgage and suffer
no default in connection therexith~ the ~ortgagea shall
alloW the ~ortgagor to collect and receive the same.
