part, in pursuance of an Order entered ~y the County Judge of St.
Lucia County, Florida, in Guardianship No. 72-56, dated Jtine~,
1972, hereby grants, barqains, sells, assiqns, transfers and sets
over to LINCOLN ROGHFSTffit TRUST C~iPANY, as Committee of the person
and property of OLGA P. BURMI~STBR,• an incompetent, party of the
secon~ part, the interest of OLGA P. BLiRI~I~iST$R in that certain mort-
gage bearinq date the 6th of March, 1972, made by JOI~ R. BSVBRLEY,
TRUSTSg, in favor of CHB.ST$R F. BIJItMAST$R aid OI,GA P. BURMA.ST$R, his
wife, and recorded in Official Record Book 202, at pages 1883
through 1885, of the public records of St. Lucie~Oounty, Florida,
on the property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as follows, to-wit:
T'he North 100 feet of the SE~, lying East of the
easterly right-of-way of State Road A-1-A, located
in frac~a-onal Section 23, Township 34 South, Range
40 East, St. Lucie (bunty, Florida, TOGETSER WITS
all littoral rights thereunto appertaininq.
Together with the interest of OLGA P. BURMPi.STER in the note de-
scribed in said mortgaqe and the monies due and to become due OLGA
P. BURMA.STER thereon, with interest from the 22nd day of May, 1972.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto said party of the second
part, its successors and assigns forever.
