The undersigned Pastor of LAKEWOOD PARK UNITED METHODIST
CHURCH and District Superintendent of the MELBOURNE DISTRICT of the
Florida Gonference of the United Methodist Church do hereby consent to the
attached mortgage from Lakewood Park Methodist Church, Inc. , to First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce dated April 11, 1972,
and recorded in Official Record Book 201 at pages 1088 and 1089 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing the sum of $29, 000. 00.
