SATISFACTION OF ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS
A ND A GREEMENT NOT TO TRA NSFER OR
ENCUMBER REAL PROPERTY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Universal C. I. T. Credit
Corporation, existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereby unconditionally

releases Morris C. Reid and Marie B. Reid, his wife, from that certain
assignment of rents and agreement not to encumber or transfer real property
dated 14 April 1967, and recorded in O. R. Book 64 , at page 203, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. That the said Universal C. I. T.
Credit Corporation is the owner and holder of that certain promissory note
dated 7 June 1963, in the principal amount of $?68. 00, which is evidenced in
