grantees in that certain deed given by D~uglas B. Mullins;and Daith G.
l~illins, his Wife, dated I`larch 8, 1971, filed March 12, 1971 in O. R.
Book 190, page 2662 of the Public Reoords of St. I~ucie Qounty. Florida~
aonveyfng the fol].oWing described property to-wit:
Lots 3 and 4, LffiS AND EXCEPT the West 240 feet thereof in
IODBI.EGARD'S SUBDIVIS~ON, of part of Lot 3, Section 21, Zbwnship
34 South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 1, page 22 of the Public Reoorcls of St. Lucie ~unty, Florida.
2. That the Shirley Perrone, one of the grantees in the deed described
in paragraph 1 above is one and the same person as the"Shirley Perrone
Gale who conveyed the above described property to Salvatore Perrone by
deed dated March 2, 1972, filed May 5, 1972 in O. R. Book 202, page 118
of the Public Reo~rds of St. Lucie dounty, Florida.
! 3. That said Shirley Perrone Gale was not living on the above de~ibed
f property on Harch 2, 1972 and it was r~ot her Homestead Prnperty. ,
