AS S IGI~IIrIENT OF LEAS E
WHEREAS, by Lease Agreement dated Jun~ 16, 1969, between
ROBERT NAJAR and ADELE NAJAR, his wife, therein called "I,ESSORS"
and SOUTH PLAZA, INC., a Florida corporation, therein called
"LESSEE", the said Lessee leased from the said Lessor the follow-
ing described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The North 150 feet oE the South 800 feet of Lot
69 of MARAVILLA GARDENS, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 7, page 19, of the public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida, SUBJECT TO
any existing rights-of-way over the above tract
for public roads or electric transmission and
distribution lines, and
WHEREAS, said lease was, thereafter, on October 20, 1971,
assigned by South Plaza, Inc., a Florida corporation, to M. A.
WALLY and LOIS GRUBER, trading and doing business as SOI.T~H PLAZA.,
a co-partnership, and recorded in O.R. Book 196, page 214I St. Lucie
County Records, and ~
WHEREAS, M. A. WALLY and LOIS GRUBER, trading and doing
business as SOUTH PLAZA, a co-partnership, are riow the owners and
holders, by assignment, of the aforementioned lease and do hereby
warrant that the same is in full force and effect and that no de-
faults exist at this time on the part of either party thereto, and
WHEREAS, ROBERT NAJAR and ADELE NAJAR have given a con-
sent, in writing, to the further assignment of said lease to
LAURA B. HANCOCK, and have acknowledged that the same is not in

~ NOrW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and

other valuable considerations, M. A. WALLY and LOIS GRUBER,
trading and doing business as SOUTH PLAZA, a co-partnership, and
' ADA WALLY, wife of M. A. WALLY (Lois Gruber being a single adult),
grant, bargain, assign and transfer the above described lease
