KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT
JAMES D. MILTON (also known as James Milton and as J.D.
Milton), ~oined by his wife MINNIE MILI~ON, of Route 4, Box 695,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, first parties; and
BART MILTON and ERNESTINE MIL1i0N, husband and wife, of R~r~,

For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other valuable considerat3ons, in hand paid by each of the partie
to the other, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and also
in consideration of the mutual covenants, rights and obligations
herein, have contracted and agreed as follows:

1. The f irst parties do hereby sell to the second parties
and the second parties do hereby purchase from the first parties,
