PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

ALEX CARDENAS and SHIRLEY J. CARDENAS, his wife, the holders ~
of the mortgage executed by M. R. NELSON, as Trustee, to ALEX
CARDENAS and SHIRLEY J. CARDENAS, his wife, dated March 10, 1972,
filed for record March 10, 1972, and recorded in Official Records
Book 200, Page 1004, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in consideration of the sum of $75,000.00, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 2 3~ day of May, 1972, release
from the lien of that mortgage the real property in.~hat county
described as:
The South 100 feet, as measured along the centerline
of State Road AlA, and extending from the Atlantic
Ocean to the Indian River, of the North one-half of
the following described parcel of land:
A parcel of land in Section 22, Township 36 South,
Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, bounded on _
the South by a line parallel to the 7100.76 feet
northerly- (measured at right angles) from the South
~ line of Se~tion 27; on the north by a line parallel
to and 7489.27 feet northerly (as measured at right
angles) from the south line of Section 27; on the
west by the waters of the Indian River; and on the
east by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean,
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part
of the property described in that mortgage.
