BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Thelma
• Davis of 51 ? S. 6th Street, Ft, Pierce, Florida, who, being first duly sworn,
deposes and says:
1. That the title to the hereinafter described property was once taken in
~ the name of Knut Swanson by Warranty Deed dated 28 March 1958, recorded in
Deed Book 237, page 301 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 22 and 23, of Block 4, of WESTWOOD MANOR,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6,
page 26, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That title to subject property was subsequently conveyed by
Knut Swanson to R.aleigh L. Eller and Alva W. Eller, his wife, by Warranty
Deed dated 21 March 1959, recorded in Deed Book 246, at page 559 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Affiant further states that she was personally acquainted with the said
Knut Swanson during all times material herein stated and that in particular
at the time of the conveyance of subject property by Knut Swanson to R.aleigh
L. Eller and Alvan W. Eller, his wife, by Warranty Deed dated 21 Rilarch 1959,
recorded in Deed Book 246, at page 559 of the public records of St. Lucie County,

that the said Knut Swanson was a widower. -
Further affiant sayeth not.
