County, Florida; EXCEPTING, HOWEVER, all
rights of way for drainage canals and public
roads and also EXCEPTING therefrom all that
part of Lot 101 lying East of drainage canal

~ THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE.
Until the purchase money mortgage shall be paid
in full, Mortgagor covenants and agrees it will

~ grove on said property, or hereafter planted
~ thereon, in a husbandlike manner as such groves .

This mortgage is made, granted and accepted with the understanding
the Mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, shall have the right to
~ releases of portions of the property encumbered hereby, provided
~ that the mortqage and note secured hereby is not in default. ~ac
