1. That he is the President of the LAKEIYOOD PARK PROPTRTY
0~1INERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEiY00D PARK CONSTftUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATIOIvT, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, 2_~_page 351~ , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPEftTY OWNERS ASSOCIATIOK, ~l~C.,
