T'his matter having come on this day to be heard upon the ~

petition of the executor of the above estate for the entry of ~
an order authorizing the sale of the following described property,
to-wit:
Lot 23, Block 247, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION SIX ~
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in {
Plat Book 12, page 36 of the Pu?~1ic Records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida. ~

(and the court having considered same and finding that aZl persons t

having any interest in said property have consented to said sale ~

and that the amount to be paid for said property is a fair and ;
~ just amount and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon ~
' ORDERED AND AflJUDGED that the Indian River Citrus Bank, as !

,Executor of the estate of Harry E. Stafford, deceased, be and ,
th~ same is hereby authorized and empowered to sell said above I
described real property for the sum of Two Thousand ($2000) Dollar
jcash, to Robert Lyons and Mary L. Lyons, his wife, and that the

1executor, upon receiving said sum, is hereb authorized to execute

;an appropriate conveyance to the purchasers thereof.
