tions on the land covered by thia leaee, Lesaee at its option wi11 either pay Lesaor for auch damagea~
or will, inaofar as ie reasonably practicable. restore the property to the same condition ae it wae be-
fore operations were begun.
The I.essee agreee that, upon the lawful termination of the lease it wilt, upon written request, exe-
cute and cauee to be recorded in the Public Recorda of Martin and St. Lucie County,
Florida, an appropriate instrument in writing releasing thie lease.
