~iTARRANTY DEED ~
THIS WARRANTY DEED , made the Q~L day of June , A.
D. 1972 by ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort~ierce, Florida, or its
corporate successor, as Trustee of the Restatement of Trust Agree-
ment with J FRENCH ROBINSON, Grantor, dated May 8, 1972, hereinafter .
called the Grantor, to JAMES W. ROBINSON and BEE W. ROBINSON, his
wife, whose post office address is: 2850 Pine Valley Drive, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450 , hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this in- _
strument and the heirs, legal representatives ;
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.) ~

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration ~
of love and affection and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, ~
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: ~

as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, at
pages 15 and 15-A through 15-C of the public re- .
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.. ;

f AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee I
i that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
s that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and
convey said land; that the Gr.antor hereby fully warrants the title
~ to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
~ all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encum-
~ brances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1971. ;
