sister of EFFIE A. OURY and was the sister-in-law of MAYNARD W.
OURY, during his lifetime• affiant further states that MAYNARD ~
W. OURY and EFFIE A. OURY were husband and wife at the time of
acquisition of all of the property described above and that they
remained continuously married to each other until the date of
death of MAYI~IRD W. OURY, August 29, 1970.
