The Grantor hereby reser ves a perpetual easement
for ingress and egress for pedestrian and/or vehicular
traffic, as the case may be, over and across all private
paths and roadways which now exist and which may hereafter
exist upon all or any part of the real estate described on
Exhibit A hereto and wh ich may be intended for the general
use of the occupants of said real estate for pedestr.ian
and/or vehicular traffic, for the purpose of preserving
to the Grantor, its successors and assigns, and the o~mers
of all condominium apartments units in Colonnades Condo-
miniums Association Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, their res-
Ii pective heirs, assigns, successors, tenants, servants,

~ visitors, guests, invitees and licensees, ingress and

~ egress to the lands heretofore submitted to condominium ~

~ and known as Colonnades Condominiums Association Nos. 1,
~ 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.

The Grantor, subject to the matters set forth
above, warrants title to aIl the premises hereby conveyed,
ar.d will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
