For and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars
and other good and valuable consic3eration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE as Trustee under Trust Agree-
ment dated November 17, 1970 and known as Trust Number 1
("Assignor"), does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto FT. PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORP. , a Florida corpor~tion

("Assignee"), all of its right, title and interest, from
and after the date hereof, as Lessor, in and to t2~at cer-
tain Ninety-Nine Year Lease, dated Februarv 24, 1971 ,

CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION NO. 3, INC., a corporation not

~ Records Book 193 , Page 96, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, together with all the rents, issues and
profits and other payments by the Lessee thereunder require9
