by agree to at all times indemnify and hold the Assignor ~

hanY?less from any and all claims, demands, penalties, lia- '
biiities, judgments, costs or expenses, including reason- ~

~ able attorneys' fees, arising by virtue of its failure to '
faithfully, fully and promptly perform all covenants, under-
takings and ob ligations required to be performed by the
Lessor under the Lease.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the bene-
fit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their
respective successors, assigns, heirs and representatires; ~

and, without limiting the generality of the foregoiang,
as a condition to each subsequent assignment or transfer
of this Lease by the owner of the Lessor's interest therein,
each such subsequent assignee or transferee (other than
one who holds said interest solely for security) shall
agree in writing to also be bound by the provisions of
the previous paragraph. }

This instrument is executed by FIRST NATIONAL BANK ~

OF ~ORT PTERCE, not personally, but solely as Trustee as

aforesaid, and no personal liability sha1Z be asserted or
be enforceable, for any reason whatsoever, against said
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE personally, or any of
its beneficiariES, by reason of the execution of delivery
of this instrument or any matter herein contained.
