PROVIDED, ALtdAYS, that if the riortgagor shall pay unto the Mortgagee the indebtedness to Mortgagee in the principal sum of Seven Hundred Thousand and NO/lOG Dollars 70U,,000.00 ) as evidenced by that certain Promissory Note of even date herewith, executed by rlortgagor and payable to tfie order of Mortgagee, with interest and upon the tenns as provided therein, which Note provides that all installments of principal and interest are payable at the office of payee, 743 North Water Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53201, or at such other place as the holder may designate in writing, and that each maker and endorser agrees to pay atl costs of collection,.including-a reasonable attorney's fee, upon default in the payment of said Note, and that if default be made in the payment of any installment thereunder'and that if sucll default is not made good in accordance with the ternis of said Note, that the en- tire principal sum and accrued interest shall become due and pa}•able ~aithout notice at the option of the holder thereof. And shall duly, promptly, and fully perform, discharge, execute, effect, complete and . comply with and abide by each and every the stipulations, agreem~nts, ~ conditions, and covenants of said promissory I~ote and this Mortgaga, ~ then this Mortgage and the estate hereby created shall cease and be s null and void. 3 ~ ~ ~ And the riortgagor further covenants as followG: ~ F 1. That they will pay the indebtedness, as hereinbefore provided. 2. That they will pay all taxes, assessments, water rates, and other ~ governmenta.l or municipal_ charges, fines or impositions, for ~ which provisi_on has not been made hereinbefore, and in default ~ thereof, the Mort~aoee may pay the sume and be secured by the ~ lien of the Mortgage; and that they will promptly deliver the ~ ~ official receipts therefore to the ~lortgagee. ~ ~ ~ ~ 3.
