KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the certain mortyage and indebtedness secu~ed thereby executed by
A. J. Roberts and Lila B. Roberts his wife,

Book 200 , at page 2063 , of the pubiic records of St . luc i e County,
Florida, to Ba~bara Ordway and J.W. Ordway, her husband
mortgagees, encumbering the followi~g described real property situate in S t. Luc i e County,
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 2-B, EXCEPT the north 25 feet thereof,

At the request of the mortgagors and in consideration of 510.00 and other good and valuable consideration, inuring to
the undersigned mortgagees, the said mortgagees do hereby subordinate the lien anc! operation of ihe abovesaid mort-
gage to the lien and operation of that certain mortgage and indebtedness secured ti~e~eby executed by the said mortgag-
ors to CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, under the date of 2nd
day of May , 19 72 , reco;ded in O.-R_ Book 202 , ai page 192 ,
of 1#ie pub~ic records of St_ Lucie County, Florida, securing the sum of ~ 45,000.00 , and encumbering the above
described real pro{~rty, and the undersigned hereby subordinate their mortgage to the said Citizens Federal mortgage as
if said Citizens Federal mortgage had been signed and recorded prior to and in advance ~f the mortgsge held by the un-
dersigned.
