It is understood that each of the v~ords, "note," "mortgagor" and "morigagee" respecUvely and the pron-
ouns referring thereto, whether in the singular or plural anywhere in this mortgage, shall be singular if one only
and shall be plural jointly snd severally, it more than one, and ahall be mascullne, feminine and/or neuter, wher-
ever the context so implies or admits.

~ aee as hia interest may appear, and each and every such policy ahall be prompUy delivered to and held by aeld
