ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND SECURITY
FOR DEBT
KNOW ALL ~IEN BY T}iESE PRESENTS, that FT. PIERCE CONSTRUCTION
CORP., a Florida corp oration, hereinafter called "Assignor", and
FREDERICK Z. PEARSON and D. J. HELLER, as tenants in cort~non, hereinafter
called "Assignee";
WITNESSETIi :
In consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and ottier good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency whereof are
hereby acknavledged, Assignor does hereby assign to Assignee all of its
right, title and interest in and to those certain lease agreements
more specifically described as follows:
