THIS DECLARATION OF EASEMENT dated the ~ day of June, ~
1972, by FIRST NP?TIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, as Trustee, Under Trust
Agreements dated November 17, 1970, and known as Trust Nos. 1 and
2, respectively, and FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORP., a Florida
corporation, "Grantor",

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR and ~

other good and valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the Grantor does, by these presents, grant, convey and
create an easement of way in favor of all persons now or hereafter
owning Condaminium Apartments or residing upon any of the properties
described in Exhibit "A" hereto, or owning or residing in any of the
condaninium apartment units located and situate in Colonnades
Condominiums No. 1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration
thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 188, Page 1748, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; Colonnades Condominiums No. 2, a
Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, recorded in O.R.
